Doodh Dulari (desert)

DOODH DULARI (DESERT)





INGREDIENTS:

- 1 liter Milk
- 2 Banana
- 150g Mango (optional)
- 100g Red Jelly
- ½ cup Condensed milk
- ½ cup Sugar
- 50g Raisin
- 50g Almond Chopped
- 50g Pistachio Chopped
- ½ cup Cream
- 150g Mixed Fruits
- 100 g Green jelly

METHOD:
1- In a pan, add milk and heat it for a while.
2- Now, add Sugar, vanilla essence, raisins, almonds, pistachio and cook for 2-3 minutes then cool it.
3- Now, add mix fruits, mango, banana, grapes, cream, both jellies, and mix it well. Add chocolate chips for more flavour.
4- then add condensed milk.
Cool to room temperature then Put in refrigerator for atleast 3 hours. Your tasty doodh dulari now ready to serve.
